We use an Integrated Pest Management 3 Step process:
Step 1: Pest / Termite Inspection
Our Pest Technician’s have years of experience in a vast range of situations. They are armed to the teeth with the latest and greatest in Pest Control Technology, including bore-scopes, moisture meters, infrared camera technology, dongas, and prying tools.
If you have ANY pests, we WILL find them.
Termite Inspection – We provide a site inspection of your entire property from the top of your roof to under your home and all in between – complete inside & out thorough Inspection. We then provide you with a full comprehensive report on any of our findings, outlining the type of pest, the severity of the infestation, the area they were predominately found, areas that may be susceptible to further infestation and a damage report. We provide photographic evidence pointing out our concerns and recommendations and a future management plan – all included within our service.
Step 2: Termite Treatment
Once Termites are sighted /suspected to be in your home we will begin discussions about your options moving forward. Every situation is different so we will work with you every step of the way to ensure we achieve the desired result. Treatment options can vary depending on location found, access to this location, conducive conditions at the time, type of Termite and Climate, extent of damage, clients budget and time frame.
Step 3: Pest Control Treatment
Once a pest is found, our Pest Technician will provide an explanation of the scenario and highlight key aspects of concern, they will discuss with you the causes, type of pest/s, how they got there and the best way to move forward with the treatment. There are times where the Inspectors will not need to use chemicals and as such they may recommend simpler, “Do it yourself.” options, example; home maintenance to prevent pests getting inside your home and prevent your home from infestation.
We will include our recommendations to treat the problem. We will offer you a customized service solution to your situation, every situation is unique so we tackle every job differently to guarantee you receive only the highest level of service in order to achieve the desired result.
